Search Party (2014) is a trying-hard-to-be-funny movie. Jason (TJ Miller) is horrible. But, there are a few things is something future soon-to-be married couples can get from it.
Jason, Evan (Adam Pally), and Nardo (Thomas Middleditch) are housemates and childhood best friends. Nardo is getting married to Tracy (Shannon Woodward) and he decides to enumerate the pros and cons to his buddies. After that, Evan and Jason think tying the knot is a big mistake, although only Jason has the guts to stop the wedding, thinking he’s helping his friend.
Tracy is shocked and humiliated that she takes both tickets to Mexico to sunbathe and enjoy the honeymoon suite alone. Distraught, Nardo followed her but gets carjacked. Naked in the middle of Mexico, he calls Jason for help. The movie follows the adventures of Jason and Evan in their effort to search for Naked Nardo.
After so many complications, the two found Nardo, who won back Tracy. The two wed again with a new wedding cake.

2 Broke Girls is one of the few TV shows that can really make me laugh and I guess soon-to-be brides can learn a thing or two from the traditional Polish wedding of Oleg and Sophie. Nonetheless, I can’t blame them as they are supposed to make us laugh.
Vibrant bridesmaid dresses. Ugh. As much as possible, hear out your bridesmaids on what dress they would be comfortable in. You can force your style into them, but they will be the one wearing it.
I ran out of adjectives to describe this bridal gown.
Plan ahead. Think about every part of your wedding to avoid awkwards and holdups. Oleg could have prepared a stool on which Han could step on.
But, I got to admit this cupcake wedding cake Max made for Oleg and Sophie’s wedding is enchanting. If you are looking for a wedding cake topper idea, check out the Search Party movie.
Don’t want the traditional church wedding? Get some ideas from Alaric (Matt Davis) and Jo (Jodi Lyn O’Keefe), who would be going to have twins and a lovely barn wedding on The Vampire Diaries, Season 6 Episode 21.
Bad news: Jo’s wedding organizer, Danielle, gets sick.
Good news: Caroline (Candice Accola), Vampire Barbie who turned off her humanity when her mom dies, shows up to save the day.
The venue looks great and the bride looks merry in her perfect-fit beaded wedding gown ironed by the Mystic Falls resident witch named Bonnie Bennett (Kat Graham).
Jo and her father, who tried to kill her to do his duty as the leader of the Gemini witch coven, make amends.
That’s a nice cleavage bead work.
All is well until evil witch and Jo’s twin brother Kai (Chris Wood) gets out of prison world and shows up. He does not only stop the wedding. He ruins everything, including Jo’s gorgeous gown and lovely light décor.
Let a sigh of relief if you don’t have a powerful witch psycho twin. Go ahead and find a healthy wedding organizer who will help you plan a barn wedding for you and your future hubby.
The wedding dress is probably on top of every bride’s to-do list. All brides want to find that perfect gown for a very special day in their lives. If you are looking for some great options, the latest episode of Pretty Little Liars entitled “Unbridled” is a must watch. No, none of the liars of Rosewood tied the knot but they sported some nice designer bridal gowns to help out Mrs. Di Laurentis with her charity bridal fashion show. These pretty girls vary in terms of body shape, so you may find one that suits yours.
Emily (Shay Mitchell) wears a Casablanca wedding dress, which is perfect for brides with some nice bosom and wide shoulders. Spencer (Troian Bellisario) dons a crinkle chiffon gown that’s looks great on thin brides. Its skirt with asymmetrical draping gives volume to a skinny frame and makes any bride look like a princess. Hanna (Ashley Benson) puts on a one-shoulder draped corset Garza gown, a good choice when the bride is large on the chest and waist. The one-shoulder strap gives the illusion needed by brides who are wider on top than bottom. My personal favorite is the Vera Wang tulle bridal ball gown on Aria (Lucy Hale). The thick strap looks well on brides with thin and thick body frame alike. The ball gown complements wide hips and the simple neckline makes it easy to accessorize.
I know photos may not be enough, so watch (or rewatch) the episode for some bridal gown inspirations.
Tim (Domhnall Gleeson) and Mary (Rachel McAdams) decides to have a wedding in his hometown. A wedding in the small, local church and reception outdoors. All seems perfect with Mary’s red bridal dress that suits her fair skin, the flower crown of the flower girls and groom’s sister, Kit Kat (Lydia Wilson), and outdoor reception.
About Time (2013) is not your typical love story. Tim, like all the men in their family, has a special power. Men in their family can travel back in time, in places and moment they can remember. They simply need to go to a dark place, like a closet, clench their fists, and think of the moment they want to go to. He would use this power to make his life, particularly moments with Mary, perfect. Click here for more reasons to watch this movie.
And, their wedding is a perfection even with the wind and rain.
These signs to the reception are awesome.
If you’re planning to have an outdoor wedding, make sure you have an alternative, like a large living room, in case something goes wrong.
Pity those cupcakes get drenched.
This is a perfect flick for people in love and looking for wedding inspirations. The red wedding dress, Italian walking-down-the-aisle song, flower crown, signs to the post-ceremony party, and a wedding cake made of cupcakes. Tim and Mary’s wedding is a perfect one ruined by bad weather yet managed to stay impeccable. Watch About Time (2013) to know what to do when bad weather ruins your wedding.
It’s hardly imaginable. Finding the right wedding florist is of the same level as finding the perfect gown. It’s time to strike this task off your to-do list. Have you ever thought of getting ideas from weddings in movies?
Walk Down the Aisle With a Lovely Bouquet
Imagine Me and You (Year) opens up with a big day. Rachel (Piper Perabo) marries her best friend, Heck (Matthew Goode). They were mates and then lovers. She’s convinced she will spend the rest of her life with him until she meets Luce (Lena Headey), the florist. They have never met prior to the wedding because her mother organized everything–don’t commit this mistake, ladies. Be involved in every aspect of wedding planning.
Walking down the aisle, Rachel decides to look at where Luce is standing, and it is love at first sight although she doesn’t know it yet. They get to talk during the reception and you gotta admit those wedding lanterns make it seem like a fairy tale.
This movie is somewhat a typical love story, where two people love each other but they can’t be together because of something or someone and they end up together anyway before the credits roll up. Nonetheless, it offers an idea or two to every bride-to-be.
Make It a Day to Remember
From the bridal bouquet to the floral decoration in the church and reception, Heck and Rachel’s wedding is definitely a great inspiration for everyone planning to tie the knot soon.
Now, close your eyes and imagine your wedding day. Find a pretty reliable wedding florist, ideally one who’s been in the business for years, and don’t be afraid to tell her about the bouquets and floral decorations you want for your special day.
